Processing of Orders

Your order will be processed during our business hours : Monday-Thursday 9:00-6:00 , Friday 9:00-9:00 and Saturday 9:00-2:00 EST. Credit card payment is the preferred method of payment. Promotopieces also accepts PayPal & money orders.

 Returns

All Aftermarket parts ordered will be charged a 20% restocking fee if you cancel or if the parts need to be returned. Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt date, provided it is in new and unused condition and is in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice and a return authorisation number must accompany all returns. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. If we find that a product was shipped in error by us, you will be reimbursed for the return freight.

Sales Tax

Quebec Resident have to pay both taxes. Some provinces have HST and some only GST. Buyers from USA don't pay tax.

Shipping Policy

Promotopieces ships ground UPS on all domestic packages and the U.S and Canada on all packages unless otherwise specified. Rates online apply to continental U.S and Most Canadian Provinces only (Hawaii, Alaska, N.W.T , customers will be notified of exact shipping prices). Some items may be too large for UPS These items will have to be shipped by Freight truck and the shipping charges will be higher. You will be notified if any changes in the shipping charges will be needed before we ship those items.

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or by phone.
Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
